I stayed there about 25 times in the last 30 years as solo and with my wife. I don't know the reason for boys and other staff change always but Mr Mrugesh Kulkarni GM is always there. Few times he helped in reservation of room that stopped us going to another hotel. Breakfast is very good for the price.

Horrible Terrible Stay at Sunshine Pattaya

Stayed here from last of April to first week of May . Located in SOI 8 nearer to the Pattaya beach we had a terrible experience. Checked in and shocked to see that it is not a centrally air conditioning system and has a machine in the room which takes an eternity to cool down in hot Pattaya and our AC was ineffective . We had the rudest receptionist at the desk who clearly after we reached out to them a lot of times communicated to their seniors with our nationality’s and that was totally racial. After 3 hours of running around our room was changed the next day and it was same to same but this room had a bigger machine . But now no wifi worked so again after few hours of running around a dongle was installed with virtual zero speed . Room other wise is ok and bell boys nice but we felt threatened and had a horrible experience overall as tourists

Nice hotel good location could be bit noisy from street pools ok roof top pool only pool where really catch the sun.

Food only like warm could have had a better selection for European visitors. Staff nice enough rooms basic but cleaned everyday good security Can be bit noisy at times from street take earplugs if room located at front of building. 7/11 located just across the road And great pub called sailors down the road cheap food and drinks.

Nice hotel Big room Aircon took awhile to cool down but was adequate Bed medium not soft Free breakfast good variety Staff friendly Cafe on site tried it once but got my order wrong so did not eat again Location good short walk to beach and central shopping centre 3 swimming pools Pharmacy close by

A nice bright room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The location is excellent for nightlife and the beach. I wasn't disturbed by any external noise even though the door to my room was above the street. Breakfast was included in my package and there was a good variety of food available as well as tea and coffee.
